If item(s) are returned within 14 Days of the receipt, we promiss to return the garment purchase price/amount ( not shipping/insurance).

(a) item(s) may be returned for a refund of your garment purchased price/amount (not shipping/insurance) only if garment will be unworn. No authorization is needed.

(b) Return from USA or Canada: Please send us an email for our USA based address.

(c) Return from other part of the world: Please send us an email for our International address.

(d) Your email address and the bonafied cause of the return of the garment (For instance: Too Big) are mandatory. The absence of either of them may result into a significant delay of the refund. The processing of refund takes 2 to 5 business days of receipt.

(e) The chances of receiving a defective garment are rare and if it happens, you are entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount.

(f) If your garment has a physical defect or if the measurement of the chest, waist, hips, arm-hole or length deviate (plus or minus)more than 1" (inches) from the measurement in the description of the item, please contact our Customer Support department for a RAN (Return Authorization Number). If your RAN is approved, you will receive a special refund of your garment purchase price plus shipping/insurance.

At present, we have a flat rate shipping price which is $14.99 for the first product and $9.99 for every next product. We have a huge network worldwide and we assure to send delivery within 14 days. The concept of priority  shipping is in pipeline by which we will make delivery of your order within 7 working days and 3 working days for USA and Canada.
